I founded Visional after leading a private equity fund focused on acquiring a medical spa. Through hundreds of conversations with med spa owners, I uncovered a critical industry insight: what most aesthetic practices need isn't just capital — it's operational support.
I saw firsthand how many women-led med spas were struggling with scaling, managing growth, and juggling day-to-day responsibilities. That's what led me to create Visional — a dedicated operational partner built specifically for this industry.
Why I Started Visional
I launched Visional to provide fractional COO services specifically for med spas and aesthetic practices. From managing special projects to leading growth strategy execution and optimizing daily operations, my goal is to take the pressure off practice owners so they can focus on what they do best: delivering exceptional client care and building their brand.
As your dedicated operational partner, I support growth initiatives and expansion plans, system and process development, staffing and training, and strategic oversight — without the cost of a full-time executive.
Before founding Visional, I served as an executive at a leading global consulting firm, where I specialized in operating model design and execution. My experience spans both the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds — giving me a rare ability to blend big-picture strategy with hands-on implementation tailored to the medical aesthetics industry.
